If you plan to drive from any point in Spain to Malaga, take heart. The highways are well-developed and affords great views of the coast. From Barcelona, use the E15/A7 motorway, which runs along the eastern seacoast. From Madrid, you can take the E5. If you are driving from the south of Portugal in the west, use the N331 and the A-92 motorway, which crosses the Andalusian Region and is connected to the highways from northern Spain. When driving, take special care and be always on the look-out – Spanish drivers have a certain fame for being high-speed road fiends that may pose a danger to unsuspecting motorists.
